I’m so glad you’re here

As a practicing clinician in the mental health field for 20 years, I practice from the perspective that everyone has the capacity to find peace, empowerment, and freedom within. I work with clients on developing healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate emotions, increase mindfulness and improve their relationship with their body through EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, self-compassion, and embodiment practices. I am honored to bear witness to your story and support you on this journey.

Befriending Your Body Monthly Gathering

A SPACE TO STAY CONNECTED, DEEPEN YOUR PRACTICE, AND BE SUPPORTED IN COMMUNITY

A monthly space for somatic regulation, self-compassion, and shared reflection.

Gather in a supportive community to explore and integrate the practices of the Befriending Your Body Program. Through shared experience and connection, we deepen practice, build empowering skills, and explore how this work is showing up in daily life.

Come as you are—this is a space to be compassionately supported in your real, everyday experience.

Befriending Your Body Monthly Gathering

This monthly gathering will be an opportunity to meet in community as we engage with and reflect on the skills of somatic regulation and self compassion from the Befriending Your Body Program.  The power of gathering together connects us with our common humanity.  In this shared experience, we will inspire ongoing intentional practice with these empowering skills and have the space to share how this work is showing up for us in our daily lives.

This group will meet on the first Thursday of every month from 12-1pm EST via Zoom.
